We received an update last week on Annierae she now weighs 16.5 Lbs and is 26 1/2" tall. This will probably be the only update we get before we travel. Still waiting to hear when we will be heading to China were hoping to go in October but due to a tradeshow and a Chinese holiday we may not leave until November.
In the meantime we are plugging away at the mound of paper work that has to be done before we go and we have started our packing. Greg and I also registered at Babies R Us for a baby shower Judy and Raquel are having for us. Greg had way too much fun...........if something beeped, played music, required batteries and had some type of gadget involved he put it on the list. I think Greg will have more fun playing with Annierae's toys then she will.
I hope to have more pictures to post next week of the nursery. I'm still waiting for the rocking chair to ship and we have a shelf to put up. Now we just need Annierae to complete the room.

I was so excited to see you at Meijer's and see Annierae's pictures! Now the hard part of waiting comes once you've been able to see her sweet face! I will pray that the Lord continues to work our every detail in bringing her home to you! Your nursery is beautiful, and I also love what you did to Raquel's nursery, you're so talented! You'll be an awesome mommy, she's so blessed to have you adopting her! It sounds like Greg is so excited, too, what wonderful parents she'll have to take care of her! I'm so glad you have this site so we can stay updated!
Krissy, Annierae is a great name, but have you totally ruled out Anniebob?

I can't believe I forgot you had this site! I just spent an hour looking through everything and not doing my work (are you surprised?). Kristine and Greg, you are natural parents. It is obvious that you were meant to do this! God has great plans for you and your new family! I am so happy for you both and for Annierae and I can't wait to see you and to meet her.
